How does order fulfillment work?

The typical order flow is as follows.

1. You sell a part from your website or eBay store. The Sophio system uses YOUR payment gateway to collect from the end user (product + tax + shipping)
2. The Sophio system sends the order to your supplier. In your case Fulfillment by Sophio.  This can be 'automatic' or 'with a click' by you.
3. Fulfillment by Sophio charges your credit card on file for the 'cost' of the parts plus estimated shipping and tax (if any is due).
4. Fulfillment by Sophio sends order to the actual supplier that is closest to your buyer.  Think of B2C Cenral as your broker.
5. When the order is shipped by the warehouse, a tracking number is sent to Fulfillment by Sophio who in turn updates your buyers order with the tracking number 'via' your own website as if you manually entered the info.

In summary, the end user has no idea Fulfillment by Sophio exists, and unlike Amazon, you keep all of the sale.  We like to call this the eBay model, because like eBay, the Sophio platform facilitates the sale, while you process the order.  Fulfillment by Sophio is your parts broker, who is responsible for buying the part on your behalf at the best possible price and making sure it gets fulfilled.
