How does tracking work?

When you send Fulfillment by Sophio an order, Fulfillment by Sophio will get the tracking number from the warehouse that fulfilled the order.  The Sophio system then updates your buyers original order with the tracking number.  All suppliers ship 'best way' and we currently do not offer any expedited service.  Ground is always used.  For a overnight order, please contact us and ask if order can be shipped over night.  Since there are early cutoff's it is not always possible to ship overnight or even 2nd day.
