You may pay your initial sign-up fee by company check. All checks should be made payable to: Sophio Software, Inc. The recurring licensing fee for Sophio Software must be made by credit card. It is your responsibility to inform us of new card numbers or expiration dates. Failure to do so within five (5) days of the billing date (25th) will result in the temporary shutdown of your websites. If a credit card payment is not possible, please call us to discuss a special arrangement. Typically, only large retailers are offered a 'pay by check' arrangement.
