The fulfillment service is designed specifically to ship ground packages only. If you have a special request from your buyer please check with support before agreeing to ship overnight. While it seems simple for the warehouse to change from ground to air, the issue is that Sophio negotiates flat rates for ground only and the cost to ship air can be cost prohibitive for all parties (your business and your customer and ours). Therefore, it is considered a best practice to only offer ground shipping within the continential USA.
