Can I ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico or APO/FPO

The short answer is NO, we do not ship directly to these places but you could have orders shipped to you and you could re-ship.  If that is not worth the hassle and you are an Amazon or eBay seller be sure to deactivate in your marketplace control panel.
