How do I create a catalog link that pre-loads information like year or make or keyword for the OE catalog?

Try this:

shopforoeparts.epc?mode=SPL&makeid=BUICK@@BUICK

This link at your store would load the NON-AJAX catalog and preload the catalog with the make BUICK.

You can try other parameters such as yearid, modelid, engineid, keyword, like the one below

ShopForOeParts.epc?mode=SPL&keyword=ENGINE&catalog=OEM%40%40OE%20Mechanical&resetfrom=SS
