How do you handle cores and returns?
In an effort to reduce the costs associated with returns, the supplier core charge is added to the 'cost' of the parts you sell. Since we do not want to confuse consumers and mislead them to believe that the remanufactured items they are purchasing are in fact NOT new, we publish a $1 core charge with each item. Most consumers will not spend $10 in shipping to get a $1 core refund. If by chance they do, you will only receive a $1 core credit from FBS.
