What are the correct advset tags for offline inventory?

If your store id (storepk) is 478845 your offline inventory would be configured with the following tags.

<WHOFFLINEPRICE>yes</WHOFFLINEPRICE>
<WHOFFLINEPRICEURL>MYSQL</WHOFFLINEPRICEURL>
<WHOFFLINEPRICETABLE>wws_offlineinv_478845</WHOFFLINEPRICETABLE>
