To all of our clients using the IMC catalog,
We've been informed by IMC that they will be performing a Warehouse Management System upgrade December 30th through January 2nd. Â During this time, data from IMC as well as the ability to send orders to IMC for fulfillment will not be accessible. Â In an effort to keep our customers' webstores up and running during this time, Sophio has implemented a backup catalog system with pricing from IMC on our end. Â Even with this backup, the ability to send orders to IMC will still be unavailable, and part number search and interchange information will not be fully functional. Â Sophio client's should not have to modify their site in any way to take advantage of this backup.
