To all of our clients using the IMC catalog,

We've been informed by IMC that they will be performing a Warehouse Management System upgrade December 30th through January 2nd.  During this time, data from IMC as well as the ability to send orders to IMC for fulfillment will not be accessible.  In an effort to keep our customers' webstores up and running during this time, Sophio has implemented a backup catalog system with pricing from IMC on our end.  Even with this backup, the ability to send orders to IMC will still be unavailable, and part number search and interchange information will not be fully functional.  Sophio client's should not have to modify their site in any way to take advantage of this backup.  As always, if you require any assistance during this time or have questions please contact our support department, and we will be happy to assist you.
