Dear Clients,
A few of our older clients reported today that their site was down. Upon investigation we discovered that the sites were pointing to old DNS servers that have been out of date for many years. We changed our company name to Sophio Software from iBusiness four years ago. It was at this time that several emails went out asking customers to change the DNS server settings.
The proper DNS server settings are:
ns1.sophiosoft.com
ns2.sophiosoft.com
You can discover your domain name server settings by visiting this link: http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?domain=sophio.com
Change the domain name at the end of the url to your own.
If your domain is pointing to 4ibusiness or Airface, you need to phone or visit your registrar's website to update these settings. This is not something Sophio can do on your behalf unless your domain name was purchased by Sophio (rarely if ever the case).
