Early this morning we will have to take our Worldpac web server down for maintenance. The outage should be no more than three hours and we plan to start the work at 3am EST - 3/19/07. The reason for such short notice is that our ISP reported to us that our machine was infected with a dangerous virus and we must act immediately. In an effort to protect your data, and our software, we are moving to a new physical server. When the server comes back up some things may not be immediately functional. This includes Supplier order fulfillment, Supplier freight quotes, FTP, and possibly some other external programs we use. These services will become available long before the end of the day.
We will post messages here as we complete the tasks, so it is not necessary to create email or chat tickets.
