Fulfillment by Sophio or 'FBS' is the new name for B2C Central. If you are using the service to fulfill your orders you may still see B2C Central on your credit card statements for a while. If you are a supplier to B2C Central you may still see us referring to B2C Central in a few areas of our system. If you do, please send us a link so we can get it updated!
A reminder that Sophio is a 'business to business' service and does not sell direct to consumers or end users. The Fulfillment by Sophio service requires all sellers to have a tax resale id as well as a functional b2c or eBay store.
