1. A web service that allows us to do unattended stock check, order fulfillment, tracking, and billing.
2. The ability to send FBS a daily inventory feed with accurate cost, core price, and qty available
3. Same day shipping
4. Dedicated customer service
5. Pricing has to allow FBS room to markup a small % to support our program
