Dear Clients,

We are upgrading our Fulfillment by Sophio platform the weekend of 11/03/23.  Our SaaS platform will not be affected so your website will continue to operate as usual.  We will start the process on 11/05/23 at 1am CST.  During this time we will capture but not process your orders.   Order processing will resume Sunday 11/05/23 on or before 4pm CST. 

If you are unable to access any of our services (ftp, fulfillment, websites, etc.) please send email to support@sophio.com with a link to the page that is malfunctioning.  We will answer as quickly as possible.
