Dear Clients,
Those of you using our shared ssl certificate (yoursitename.sophio.com) may be receiving complaints from your customers that our certificate is expired. Â The certificate has been renewed and should be ok now. Â If clients are still complaining please create a test order at your site, and let us know when you click the 'check out button' if you get a warning in the browser that the cert is expired. Â If this is the case you can go to store settings and temporarily turn off SECURE mode. Â Be sure to let us know so we can get it resolved.
