Most of the manufacturers offer a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty. In some cases there is a lifetime guarantee that will be sent in the box with the item (catalytic converters), and in some rare cases there is only a 90 day warranty (reman items for example). Items being returned as 'defective' must be inspected by the manufacturer and can take up to sixty days to receive credit. If an item is deemed not defective and the warranty claim is denied, the item will be sent back to the original buyer at their cost. For this reason, it is best to work out an arrangement with the buyer and Sophio on all 'defectives'.
