Sophio does the tech support for WHI B2C customers as you likely know. This weekend we migrated all the WHI customers into the Sophio support system to make it easier for Sophio support to manage. All of the support history has been moved to the Sophio area along with any open tickets and projects. You will not be receiving any new invoices and you should be able to use all the same user id's and passwords to access your account.
