IMC informed us a few days ago that they are disabling their legacy web service that Sophio used for many years. This web service was used for the following functions:
1. Stock Check
2. Pricing
3. Order fulfillment
4. Order Tracking
Fortunately for all of us, IMC has two other systems for replacing these services and we are working as fast as we can to enable them. We hope to complete the work in the next few hours. In the meantime, please contact IMC and ask them for your latest pricing file. When you get the file, open it in Excel, and save it as a CSV file with the name imcpricesheet.csv. From there take the following steps.
1. login to your dashboard
2. click the 'content menu' and choose file manager
3. if you do not see a 'data' folder, click 'create' and add the data directory (folder)
4. open the data folder and then click upload and find the imcpricesheet.csv on your drive and upload it
Let us know when you have done that, and if our systems have not been updated to use the new IMC automation, we'll configure your store to use the IMC pricesheet you just uploaded.
Since all IMC clients have been affected by this, please expect a few hours of down time at the least. We are so sorry about this and are working as fast as we can to restore all the services.
