We have identified a connection issue between our data center and the WHI / NEXPART servers. We have contacted WHI and they are working towards resolution. We apologize for this inconvenience. A reminder that one solution for the future is uploading an 'offline' inventory file to your store. This will eliminate the need to contact WHI on every lookup. Check your inventory menu in the control panel.
