The IMC catalog web leasing program is no longer active. However, since you are a Sophio customer, your site is still working using data that IMC provides to Sophio. Your site is currently using demo data for price and availability. To get accurate data you will need to ask IMC to create credentials for the replacement web service known as Nexpart. Once you get your credentials create a support ticket and give them to us. We will configure your site to use the Nexpart credentials which will deliver the correct price and availability to your Sophio store.

We managed to get stock check working at all of your stores using a Sophio owned account. Your store will be able to collect orders but the pricing will be based on Sophio's account and not your own. We have asked IMC to create Nexpart and IPO credentials for you which we hope to have early next week. The message here is that you may need to have Sophio process your orders if you make a sale and do not want to manually process the order via IMC web warehouse.
