If you received the email from eBay motors about the rate card reduction a few weeks ago, the deadline for making the change to your eBay subscription is prior to 10/1.  We recommended changing your subscription to the 'anchor' store no later than 9/30.

The next step is to go to your Sophio advanced settings and then to your eBay marketplace tab.  Configure your marketplace settings like this screenshot https://www.screencast.com/t/tkyBOnUOc0g3

Once you do that, Sophio will send the number of items you request to WHI who in turn will publish that list on eBay.  

You still MUST change your eBay subscription manually at this link - https://www.subs.ebay.com/stores/change/basic

ps:  We received a note from WHI tonight for all of those sellers worried about the 'sub title surcharge'.  WHI is working on the issue and you will not be penalized if the subtitles are still on eBay.
