Dear Clients,

We are experiencing intermittent network outages on our dedicated server having the ip address of:  216.121.126.156.  We are asknig all clients to immediately contact their registrar (the site or company that you bought your domain name from) and to update the DNS to point to this ip:  216.121.126.150.  If you cannot figure out how to do this yourself, please call them and ask them to do it for you.  Once you confirm they have made the change let us know immediately and we will reconfigure your store to work from the new server.

UPDATE: The .156 server will be disabled at midnight on 4/27/16.  Your data has been sent to the new server but if you have not updated your DNS successfully your site will NOT work after midnight.  Within 5 minutes of the DNS update we are asking you to make the site will begin to respond.

You may consider changing your DNS to Sophio's in the future so that issues like this can be handled by the Sophio staff without having to bother you.
