If your site was working fine and now it's not, the most likely cause is that the server ip address changed and you are currently managing your own DNS settings, not us.  When clients move to us from another vendor they often already manage their DNS somewhere other than in our control panel.  This is not a problem per se' it just makes it impossible for us to resolve DNS issues without your help.

To fix your site, simply change the IP address to: 198.61.135.88  and everything should start working immediately.  Be sure to update any A record in the DNS settings that is supposed to point to your b2c store.  Usually there are two.  1: root 2:  www. 

If your store is accessed with a sub domain like 'parts.yourdomain.com or catalog.yourdomain.com' then you update only that singular A record.
