Dear Clients,
At 7am this morning our network went down for almost an hour. Â This was due to a catastrophic outage by our data center 1and1.com. Â All dedicated servers and cloud hosting facilities were unreachable. Â We sincerely apologize but there was nothing we could do. Â It affected all primary and backup systems. Â In the future we hope to be able to distribute traffic across multiple cloud systems to prevent these types of outages.
