Clients, If you are having mail problems, it could be that you did not receive and react to the email sent to all clients who were using our mail.sophiosoft.com email server. On 3/28/09 we moved all active mailboxes to our mail.sophio.com email server. We simultaneously updated the ip address of the mail.sophiosoft.com to match the new mail server which means that you should not have to make any changes to your email software. If you are experiencing problems you can change the smtp and pop3 servers to mail.sophio.com IF they are set to mail.sophiosoft.com. If continue to have problems please create a ticket here or send email to support@sophio.com. Your mail will not be lost, it just might end up on the new server which you are temporarily unable to access. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience or problem this may cause.
