Just got an important message from WHI by way of eBay. If any of your listings were automatically marked 'stagnant' due to no sales in a year (even if you did sell some of the items) you will need to LOWER your pricing by at least 1 cent to get them re-listed. To do this in Sophio, simply change your cost markup in the pricing rules. For example, if you have 1.50 change it to 1.495 - to lower the price by 1/2 of a percent... If you do that and still do not see the items listed on eBay within 24 hours, go back to your eBaylink tool and double check the items were actually marked active. Some of our sellers reported that items were 'automatically set to inactive'. We discovered that WHI did this to protect sellers from being charged when they had yet to update their eBay store subscription.
