As you already know, this weekend we will be upgrading our IT infrastructure environment and your Catalog Leasing services will be impacted. We’ve also informed you that some configuration changes will be required on your website, so I wanted to take this opportunity to inform you of the configuration changes you will need to make.
You will need to change the IP addresses for both catalog feed/order entry and images. Below are the new IP addresses:
Catalog feed/order entry: 12.153.160.114
Images: 12.153.160.115
Please be prepared to make these changes on Sunday afternoon, but do not make any changes until you are instructed to do so. We will make every effort possible to promptly inform you when it is safe to make the configuration change by e-mail. If you would rather I contact you by phone, please let me know.
