We just wanted everyone to know that the emails for the backups you are now receiving are normal. We did a complete backup yesterday with a new backup system and this is one of the features.

We discovered a problem with the automatic order fulfillment yesterday. It has been resolved. Be sure to check your open orders if you are using automated fulfillment as there may be orders that did not get automatically fulfilled.

We had to restart the server to secure the server as a result of the Poodle Patch that affects SSL3.
We believe we have resolved the issue with the Sophio SSL certificate. If you have an issue please create a ticket and let us know. Before creating the ticket, it would be a good idea to refresh the page in your browser a few times.
