We have restored FTP on the servers that were affected by last weeks security situation. FTP now requires an ip address to be white listed at the server level. You can generate a new ftp account by visiting your control panel, clicking on the content menu and choosing the option to generate an ftp account. Each time you choose this option it will change the password and white list the ip that clicked it.
