1) Go to admin.epc (your control panel)
2) Edit store settings (found in administration section)
3) Look for the field Coretaxabl and check it on
Note: There is a field in store settings called Taxbyshipt that will calculate tax that includes your 'shipping charges'. The default is NOT to charge tax on shipping.
