To all eBay Marketplace Sellers with their stores in vacation mode...

The inventory pricing issue discovered Monday evening was resolved by Sophio within a few hours.  However, we have all discovered that there are delays in eBay updating that data that we send to WHI on your behalf.  For some reason it seems that only portions of the inventory get updated each day, throughout the day.  As such, there is no guarantee that the data is 100% updated.  We believe that 99.9% of your inventory sent to WHI is now updated on eBay.  If you put your store back online and sell a part 'below cost', Sophio will only be able to reimburse you up to $20.   If more than 1 or 2 orders come in a single day 'below cost' put yoru store back in vacation mode and contact WHI and ask WHY the data Sophio sends to WHI not getting updated on eBay.

We wish we could offer a 100% guarantee, but it simply is not possible for us to know what eBay does or does not do with the data sent to them.
