As we mentioned last month Sophio is discontinuing its own mail server as a result of recent changes to the PCI standards. We have decided to let the big service providers manage email. Be sure to checkout this link if you have decided to setup your email with Rackspace or if you have purchased email through Sophio that is hosted on Rackspace.
