The faceted catalog is not working on clients server, what could be wrong?

The faceted catalog needs one of two ports open depending on the method it uses to access catalog data.

Method 1 - c# connector needs port 9312 open
Method 2 - API needs port 80 open (all servers should be sending and receiving on port 80 by default)

If the API is desired, then be sure to have the following tag in the advanced settings:  < APIFACETEDCATALOGUUID >

Note:  The api requires a valid API account and these keys should not be shared between sellers.
