1) Go to your storesetup.wws and click the Shipping tab. Change the ship type to $ and hit save
2) Go to the shipping maintenance menu on the Administration menu. The page is mainteditshipping.wws
3) If you do not already have the pricing models in place, enter OWN for the shipper, OWN for the ship method, and then as many shipping levels for price that you want. Choose three to get started and click add. The system will generate three new ship models. Next you need to edit each ship model.
4) On the next page you will see the new shipping models along with your others (if any exist). Click 'edit' for each of the new OWN models that you created.
5) Change the cost to 0.00, and add the FLAT RATE you want to charge in the MISC field. Enter rangelo of 0.00 and rangehi of 9.99 (for example) - then hit save
6) Repeat step 5 for each new model.
7) If you want the last model to be FREE simply enter the amount at which to not charge shipping in the no charge min box and hit save.
You can delete the other ship models and then 'undelete' them later if this is a temporary configuration..
