How do I change my DNS?

When your site is ready to go live you need to point your domain to your new b2c store.  This can be done at any time.   First you have to decide if you want the registrar to manage your DNS (this is the most common choice) or if you want us to do it for you.  If you want your registrar to manage your dns, contact their support and ask them to create CNAME records to yourdomainname.sophio.com.  If your domain name is autoparts.com, the cname would be AUTOPARTS.sophio.com not AUTOPARTS.COM.sophio.com.

if you want us to manage your DNS contact your registrar and change the name servers to the following four name servers.  Be sure that our support is aware that you want us to manage your DNS as that is not the standard requirement.  The four name servers are:  ns1.sophiosoft.com, ns2.sophiosoft.com, ns3.sophiosoft.com, ns4.sophiosoft.com
