If you are a WHI-integrated customer, you manage pricing for each store in the same manner you manage pricing for shipping. You create an account in your warehouse management system and assign a NEXPART user ID and password to it. That user and password you assign can refer to one or many locations, and of course the account itself can have its own pricing.
