Step 1 - Have the customer register for an account at your site.

Step 2 - Once they register for an account you can search for them using the
customer maintenance link in the Administration section of your control panel.
Step 3 - Search for the customer by account number, last name, or email
address using the 'customer maintenance' link in the control panel.
Step 4 - Once found, click the link labeled 'Adjust' in the pricing column.
This will bring you to the pricing maintenance. If you get an empty
screen, it is normal because you have not yet added any pricing models for this
particular customer. Click the link labeled, 'Click here to
Add one new model'. You will then see the familiar pricing model editor.
At this point you can enter a markup of 1.25 (for example), which would give
that customer a 25% markup over your cost.
