Why am I missing orders?

On occassion clients have complained that an order has gone missing. When in reality, all that has happened is that they accidentally clicked the Void link from the Invoice Report.

If they go to the Delete/Undelete option under the Sales Section of the Admin.epc page, they can enter the missing order number and Recall it.
