How do I offer my customers a Pickup or 'Will Call' Option?

If you add the custom tag to the advset field in store settings, it will appear on the checkout page (getzipusa.wws).

<WILLCALL>TRUE</WILLCALL>

This freight option will charge ZERO freight.
