1. Click the link link or copy and paste it into a browser - https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_profile-api-grant-authorization
2. Click the Add New Third Party button and enter username: paypal_api1.b2ccentral.com
3. On the permissions page, grant as many permissions as you would like to give us, namely the one for "Manage your invoicing through a third party."
Once this is done successfully, you should be able to send a Paypal Invoice to your buyer from the dashboard. Keep in mind this is similar to you sending a buyer a "Paypal Money Request".
