How come some of my items are not showing up in the Google Base product export?

Google has very specific requirements for accepting a product feed.  When you run the Googlebase export from your store, we do our best to eliminate sending bad data to Google.  Specifically, our query is ignoring the following products in your product file. 

Products that have been manually deleted.
Products that have zero stock.
Products that have been marked 'no web'.
Products that have no price and or no special price (one or the other is fine).
Products that have no description.
Products that have no image.

Google changes these rules from time to time, and when they make changes we update our system.
