Help! My search results are failing with an error containing WSDL

If your part searches are failing with this error "WSDLReader:-XML Parser failed at linenumber 0, lineposition 0, reason is: System error: -2147012894. HRESULT=0x1: Incorrect function. - WSDLReader:Loading of the WSDL file failed HRESULT=0x80070057: The parameter is incorrect. - Client:One of the parameters supplied is invalid. HRESULT=0x80070057: The parameter is incorrect." it is because your site's server is unable to connect to WHI's Orderlink 1.1.  Contact WHI support with your nexpart user id and create a support inquiry.

In the meantime you can disable the real time searches by visiting the storesetup.wws, clicking the supplier tab and scrolling to the orderlink section and change the inventory access mode to disconnected.  Finally, click save button and your site will use the off line inventory information gathered during use.  This is not a permanent setting since the inventory and pricing will be getting old by the second.
