If you want to modify the privacy page, terms, returns, and shipping page, etc... You have to use this link found on the admin.epc page under Administration. The basic principle is this. The entire Sophio application uses shared files from a central location. If you dont change anything, your site uses the same shared files as our other clients. The idea here was to give all clients a starting point for content such as the pages mentioned above.
The admin link 'Edit Store Template files' copies the shared file into your sites template folder and assigns it to your site. Your next step is to edit the file after downloading it via ftp and then upload it back. At this point, the shared file is no longer used and your own copy of it is the main file.
The links on the page allow you to restore the shared file in case you made an error as well as retrieve and assign the files for a variety of existing templates.
Tip: When making changes, change one file at at a time and test before moving onto the next.
