Start by signing up with Google Checkout by visiting this link.
Next visit your setup page. Add the page storesetup.wws to your webstore's URL. For example http://www.YOURSITE.com/storesetup.wws
Click the 'payment tab' and scroll to bottom. Enter the Google Checkout API User ID and password in the boxes and hit 'save'.
Email the Google API User ID and password to our Support and ask them to create an OS user with them.
If you ever elect to quit using Google Checkout for payments, you will need to inform Sophio Support.
