Other user definable fields in the shipping maintenance are:
Insurance - This will allow you to add a few dollars for insurance. It
does not tie in to the supplier, or actually tell the shipper you want insurance
however.
Misc - This is another field you can enter a value to be added to the
shipping quote
MinShip - This is the minimum amount you will charge a customer for shipping.
This can be set for each shipping model.
NoChgMin - If you want to give away free shipping at a certain order size,
this is the field to enter it in.
