Sophio FBS Getting Started
1. Confirm that you have sent us your tax resale certificate. Fax it to 8885632591 or scan and email it to Sophio support. If you do not have a sales tax resale certificate on file you will be charged sales tax for sales made in the state of TN as well as other states where Sophio has nexus.
2. Confirm with FBS that we have configured your account for flat rate shipping charges of 9.75
3. If you are an ebay seller make sure you disable selling INTL or US INTL or PO Boxes, or APO FPO
4. Make sure you have configured your markups and tax settings in your own Sophio store
5. Make sure you know the difference between your own dashboard and your account at FBS. FBS uses the same system you do, but you have to be logged in as a buyer to FBS to view your history.
6. Be sure to leave a valid credit card on file with Sophio FBS for order processing. If you do not have a credit card on file you must pre-fund your account with your estimated monthly purchases.
