How do I get my Paypal API and signature credentials?

1.  Click this link and login to Paypal - https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/customerprofileweb?cmd=_profile-ipn-notify 
2.  Click the link to view api signature 
3.  Copy the api user id, api password, and api signature to the fields of the same name in your b2c store settings (payment tab, paypal section)
