How do I adjust the price on a specific part?

The system is designed to make pricing easy.  We do this by allowing you to set pricing based on ranges or groups of parts.  If you want to adjust the pricing on a specific part, you need to do the following.

1.  Identify the supplier part number (not the oe number)

2.  Go to admin.epc and then click Inventory Maintenance in the inventory section

3.  Enter the supplier part number and click search

4.  When the item is displayed, click Edit

5.  Scroll to the 'special' box and enter a 'special' price. This price will always override the calculated mark up that is set by the pricing models.

If you see multiple matches for the supplier number be sure to confirm that you are updating the correct sku. For example some suppliers use the same part number but sell different brands (mfr) for that sku. You may also see duplicates in your inventory file. Update all records or delete the duplicates for mfr+ sku.
