How do I pre-pay freight at $75 ?

Go to shipping maintenance on the control panel.  Click search, then edit the method you want to change.

 

To offer FREE shipping for any Shipping Service like UPS Ground, simply edit the Shipping Method and enter an amount in the "No Chg Min" box.  For example, entering 75.00 in this box for UPG, would result in offering FREE shipping for UPS ground orders when a customer buys $75 or more worth of merchandise.
