Shipworks is a program you install on your computer. It will import orders from one or more of your online stores with the specific purpose of managing shipping. We integratd Shipworks with 'sophio central', which is located at http://wd.sophio.com.
Steps.
1) Install Shipworks on your PC or if it is already installed turn it on!
2) From their tool bar, click 'stores', then 'add store'
3) Choose the drop down menu if you are in trial mode and choose 'generic module'
4) On the next page you will be asked for a username and password to access your online store. This is not the user and pass of your NexpartB2C Control Panel, but rather the user and password for wd.sophio.com. The Sophio Central user and password may already be on your NexpartB2C Setup Supplier page (aka http//www.yourstore.com/storesetup.wws). If not, you can ask Support to generate one for you, or you can request your lost credentials here - http://wd.sophio.com. Once you retrieve your credentials from wd.sophio.com, enter username and password in the appropriate shipworks fields.
5) Enter this url for the module url: http://yoursite.com/shipworksapi.wws - Note: The yoursite.com is your entire domain name aka 'web store'. If you entered the info correctly, Shipworks is now properly configured. You can configure Shipworks to look for new orders in B2C Central as frequently as you would like. Normally most clients set it to check every 2-3 hours. This will depend on how many orders you get per day.
On a final note, we have a few optional settings that you should review on the Shipworks settings page, which you can find on http://yoursite.com/storesetup.wws - These settings control what data Shipworks can download from your store.
Note: The user id and password for step #4 comes from your Advanced Settings page. We have two advance setting fields 'shipworksuser' and 'shipworkspassword'
